This Privacy Policy explains how FluxAura Tech LLC ("FluxAura," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit fluxauratech.com (the "Site"), contact us, or engage us for services. By using the Site or our services, you agree to this Policy.
We do not knowingly collect full payment card numbers, bank credentials, or sensitive personal information through the Site. Payment information for purchases is handled directly by third-party processors (see Section 7).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of: your consent; performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business; and compliance with legal obligations.
The Site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, security, and (where enabled) privacy-friendly analytics. For details and your choices, see our Cookie Policy.
We share personal information only as needed to run our business:
When we build payment or point-of-sale ("POS") integrations, payments are processed by Stripe and/or Square under their own terms and privacy policies. You (or our client) remain the merchant of record on your own payment account. Card and bank details are entered directly into the processor's secure, tokenized fields — FluxAura does not receive or store full card numbers. We encourage you to review the Stripe and Square privacy policies.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to maintain business records, and to comply with legal obligations. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed. You may request deletion as described in Section 10.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limiting access to data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You share information with us at your own risk.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights; we do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, email support@fluxauratech.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.
The Site and our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version, and material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
