This Privacy Policy explains how FluxAura Tech LLC ("FluxAura," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit fluxauratech.com (the "Site"), contact us, or engage us for services. By using the Site or our services, you agree to this Policy.

• Contact & inquiry details — when you submit our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, company (optional), budget range, and the project details you choose to share.
• Client & project information — if you engage us, we may collect business details, content, branding, and information needed to build and launch your project.

Information collected automatically

• Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, device, referring pages, and pages viewed, collected through our hosting and content-delivery provider and any analytics we use.

What we do not collect

We do not knowingly collect full payment card numbers, bank credentials, or sensitive personal information through the Site. Payment information for purchases is handled directly by third-party processors (see Section 7).

3. How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide quotes;
• To deliver, maintain, and support the services you engage us for;
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site;
• To send service-related communications (e.g., project updates, invoices);
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of: your consent; performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business; and compliance with legal obligations.

6. How we share information

We share personal information only as needed to run our business:

• Service providers — including our form-delivery provider (Web3Forms), hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare), and email providers, who process data on our behalf.
• Payment processors — Stripe and Square, when payments are involved in a project (see Section 7).
• Legal & safety — when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

7. Payment & POS data

When we build payment or point-of-sale ("POS") integrations, payments are processed by Stripe and/or Square under their own terms and privacy policies. You (or our client) remain the merchant of record on your own payment account. Card and bank details are entered directly into the processor's secure, tokenized fields — FluxAura does not receive or store full card numbers. We encourage you to review the Stripe and Square privacy policies.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to maintain business records, and to comply with legal obligations. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed. You may request deletion as described in Section 10.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limiting access to data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You share information with us at your own risk.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights; we do not sell personal information. 11. Children's privacy

The Site and our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version, and material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
